Fizet Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This policy covers the free Fizet Android application, locally stored settings and progress, Fizet support communications, and privacy requests concerning Fizet.
1. Scope
Fizet is developed and published by AstroMus Studio Inc. under the AstroMus Studio brand.
This Privacy Policy explains how AstroMus Studio Inc. handles information in connection with:
- the Fizet Android application;
- Fizet-specific support communications; and
- privacy requests concerning Fizet.
In this Privacy Policy, “Fizet” or the “App” means the Fizet Android application, and “AstroMus Studio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AstroMus Studio Inc.
Use of the AstroMus Studio corporate website, including technical information processed when you view the Fizet project pages or this Privacy Policy in a browser, is governed by the separate AstroMus Studio Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy does not govern information that Google, Android, Google Play, a device manufacturer, an internet provider, or another third party independently collects and controls under its own privacy policy.
2. Who is responsible for your information
AstroMus Studio Inc. is an independent creative studio based in Alberta, Canada.
AstroMus Studio Inc. is responsible for personal information under its control and, where applicable, is the data controller for the processing described in this Privacy Policy.
AstroMus Studio Inc. has designated a Privacy Officer to receive privacy questions, requests, and complaints.
3. Privacy summary
Fizet is designed to operate with limited personal-information processing.
In particular:
- Fizet does not require an in-app account.
- Fizet does not contain advertising.
- Fizet does not use personal information for targeted advertising.
- Fizet does not engage in cross-app or cross-site tracking.
- Fizet does not integrate a third-party analytics SDK.
- Fizet does not integrate a third-party crash-reporting SDK.
- Ordinary gameplay settings and progress remain on your device.
- AstroMus Studio Inc. does not operate a server that receives ordinary Fizet gameplay data.
- Fizet is free, with no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
- Google may independently collect and provide platform-level app-quality information through Android and Google Play services.
- We receive personal information directly when you choose to contact us.
- We do not sell personal information.
The following sections provide additional detail.
4. Information handled in connection with Fizet
4.1 Information stored locally on your device
Fizet stores certain settings and progress locally on your device.
This may include:
- selected room;
- timer preferences;
- audio settings;
- haptic settings;
- room progress;
- mission or unlock progress;
- locally saved interaction states; and
- other settings needed for Fizet to remember your preferences and progress.
AstroMus Studio Inc. does not receive or store this ordinary gameplay information on a server operated by us.
Fizet excludes its saved settings and mission/token preferences from its Android backup and device-transfer configuration. AstroMus Studio does not provide cloud restoration of this progress. Android and device manufacturers control their own backup and transfer services.
Clearing Fizet’s app data or uninstalling Fizet will generally remove locally stored Fizet information from that device. Copies retained by an operating-system backup or device-transfer service remain subject to that service’s settings, retention practices, and privacy policy.
4.2 Free access and room tokens
Fizet is completely free. Its nine standard rooms are available immediately, and five collected room tokens unlock hidden Hockey. There are no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
Room tokens represent local gameplay progress. They are not purchase tokens, payment information, money, or a transferable balance. Fizet does not process purchases, purchase verification, or purchase restoration.
4.3 Android and Google Play app-quality information
Fizet does not integrate a third-party analytics SDK or third-party crash-reporting SDK.
Separately, Android and Google Play may collect usage and diagnostic information from users who have enabled applicable sharing settings on supported devices.
Google Play may make technical app-quality reports available to developers through services such as Android Vitals.
Depending on the available report and the number of affected users, these reports may include or be organized by information such as:
- crashes;
- application-not-responding events;
- performance or stability measurements;
- Fizet version;
- Android version;
- device form factor;
- device model; and
- country or region.
AstroMus Studio may use these reports to:
- identify crashes or technical problems;
- improve stability and performance;
- investigate device-specific compatibility issues; and
- maintain Fizet.
We do not use Android Vitals information for advertising, cross-app tracking, or advertising profiles, and we do not attempt to identify individual users from these reports.
Google controls the underlying collection, processing, and platform retention of Android Vitals information under its own policies and user settings.
4.4 Information you provide when contacting support
If you email support@astromusstudio.com or otherwise contact us about Fizet, we may receive:
- your email address;
- the name associated with your email account, if displayed;

- ordinary email metadata;

Providing information through support is voluntary. However, we may be unable to investigate or resolve a request without enough relevant information.
Please do not send:
- passwords;
- complete payment-card information;
- bank-account credentials;
- government identification;
- medical information; or
- other sensitive personal information that is not necessary to resolve your request.
4.5 Information not required for ordinary play
Ordinary Fizet gameplay does not require you to submit:
- a name;
- an email address;
- a date of birth;
- a user-created profile;
- a public username;
- a postal address; or
- payment-card information directly to AstroMus Studio.
Fizet does not provide chat, public posting, social messaging, or a public leaderboard.
5. How we use information
AstroMus Studio may use information under its control to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and secure Fizet;
- respond to support requests and privacy inquiries;
- diagnose crashes, compatibility problems, and performance issues;
- improve app stability, functionality, and user experience;
- prevent, identify, and respond to fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or security incidents;
- maintain records reasonably necessary for support, complaints, disputes, and legal compliance;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal rights;
- comply with applicable laws, court orders, regulatory obligations, or lawful government requests; and
- carry out another purpose that is explained to you and permitted by applicable law.
We do not use Fizet information or support communications to send advertising or marketing messages unless we separately request and obtain any permission required by law.
6. When information may be disclosed
We do not disclose personal information except as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as permitted or required by law.
6.1 Service providers
We may use service providers that perform limited functions on our behalf, including:
- email hosting and delivery;
- storage and backup associated with support communications;
- professional, accounting, or legal assistance; and
- other infrastructure reasonably necessary to provide support or administer the App.
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services, meet applicable obligations, protect their systems, or perform another authorized lawful purpose.
6.2 Google Play and platform providers
Google Play and Android independently handle app distribution, updates, device services, and platform diagnostics under their own terms and privacy practices. AstroMus Studio may receive app-quality reports as described in Section 4.3. Fizet does not use Google Play Billing or send room-token progress to Google Play to verify access.
6.3 Professional advisers
Information may be disclosed to lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors, or other professional advisers where reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate professional or confidentiality obligations.
6.4 Legal, safety, and security purposes
We may disclose information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:
- comply with applicable law or legal process;
- respond to a lawful request from a court, regulator, law-enforcement agency, or other authority;
- investigate suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or security incidents;
- protect the rights, property, safety, or security of AstroMus Studio, Fizet users, or others; or
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
6.5 Business transactions
If AstroMus Studio Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, insolvency proceeding, or similar transaction, relevant information may be disclosed to professional advisers, prospective parties, or a successor organization where permitted by law and subject to appropriate privacy and confidentiality protections.
6.6 At your direction
We may disclose information when you request or authorize the disclosure or when valid consent has otherwise been provided.
7. No sale, advertising, or cross-app tracking
AstroMus Studio Inc. does not:
- sell personal information;
- rent personal information;
- disclose personal information to advertising networks;
- use personal information for targeted or behavioural advertising;
- share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising;
- profile Fizet users for advertising; or
- track Fizet users across unrelated apps or websites.
Fizet does not contain third-party advertising.
8. International processing
AstroMus Studio Inc. is based in Alberta, Canada.
Service providers used for support, infrastructure, or professional services may process personal information in Canada or in other countries in which they or their subprocessors operate.
Information processed outside your province, territory, state, or country may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is processed and may be lawfully accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies, national-security authorities, or other governmental bodies in that jurisdiction.
You may contact the Privacy Officer to request current written information concerning:
- the countries in which relevant service providers may process personal information; and
- the purposes for which those providers are authorized to process it.
Where European data-protection law applies, transfers to Canada may rely on an applicable adequacy decision for Canadian commercial organizations. Transfers to other countries may rely on an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, another legally recognized transfer mechanism, or a permitted exception.
You may contact the Privacy Officer for additional information about safeguards applicable to a particular transfer, subject to legal and confidentiality limitations.
9. Retention and deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was handled, including applicable business, accounting, legal, security, dispute-resolution, and record-keeping requirements.
9.1 Local app information
Locally stored Fizet settings and progress remain on your device until they are removed through:
- an available Fizet control;
- clearing Fizet’s app data;
- uninstalling Fizet; or
- applicable Android, Google, backup, or device-transfer behaviour.
AstroMus Studio Inc. does not maintain a separate server database containing ordinary Fizet gameplay information.
9.2 Android Vitals and platform diagnostics
Google controls the collection and platform retention of Android Vitals and other Google Play technical-quality information.
If AstroMus Studio exports or separately records part of a technical report, we retain it only as long as reasonably necessary to investigate and resolve the relevant technical issue or maintain an appropriate development record.
9.3 Support correspondence
Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- respond to and resolve the request;
- manage related follow-up;
- document a support request, complaint, or dispute;
- maintain appropriate business records;
- protect our legal rights; or
- comply with applicable law.
When support information is no longer reasonably required, we delete it, anonymize it, or allow it to be removed in accordance with applicable service-provider settings and law.
9.4 Deletion requests
You may ask us to delete support correspondence or other personal information under our control.
We will assess the request under applicable law. We may retain information where retention remains reasonably necessary or legally permitted, including for legal obligations, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal claims.
Because Fizet does not provide an in-app account, there is no separate Fizet account-deletion procedure.
Requests relating to information independently controlled by Google, Android, Google Play, a device manufacturer, or another third party generally must be directed to that organization.
10. Security
AstroMus Studio Inc. uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the limited nature and sensitivity of the personal information under our control.
These safeguards include limiting access to support correspondence and privacy requests to authorized persons who require the information for a legitimate purpose.
Fizet’s local-data design also limits the transmission of ordinary gameplay information to AstroMus Studio.
We use established platform and infrastructure providers for functions such as email delivery and support storage.
No electronic transmission, processing, or storage method is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a privacy or security incident, we will investigate and provide notification to affected individuals or regulators where required by applicable law.
11. Legal bases for EEA and United Kingdom users
This section applies where the General Data Protection Regulation, the UK GDPR, or related European data-protection law applies to our processing.
Depending on the circumstances, we process personal data on one or more of the following grounds.
11.1 Performance of an agreement or steps requested by you
Processing may be necessary to:
- provide Fizet;
- respond to a support request connected with your use of Fizet; or
- take steps you request before entering into or performing an agreement.
11.2 Legitimate interests
We may process personal data where necessary for our legitimate interests or those of another party, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
Our legitimate interests may include:
- operating and supporting Fizet;
- responding to questions and feedback;
- investigating technical problems;
- maintaining app stability and compatibility;
- preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- maintaining appropriate support and business records; and
- establishing, exercising, or defending legal rights.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may have the right to object as described below.
11.3 Legal obligations
We may process or retain personal data where necessary to comply with a legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligation.
11.4 Consent
Where applicable law requires consent for a particular activity, we will request consent separately.
You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
11.5 Whether information is required
No personal information must be submitted directly to AstroMus Studio in order to use ordinary Fizet gameplay.
If you contact support, providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond to or resolve the request without enough relevant information.
12. Your privacy rights and choices
Your rights depend on where you live and are subject to applicable exceptions and limitations.
12.1 Device controls
Because ordinary Fizet gameplay information remains on your device, you can generally manage or remove it by:
- changing available Fizet settings;
- clearing Fizet’s app data;
- uninstalling Fizet; or
- changing applicable Android, Google, backup, or device-transfer settings.
12.2 Canadian privacy rights
Subject to applicable Canadian privacy law, you may:
- ask whether AstroMus Studio holds personal information about you;
- request access to personal information under our control;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
- ask how personal information has been used or disclosed;
- ask about retention or deletion;
- withdraw consent to optional processing, subject to applicable restrictions;
- challenge our compliance with applicable privacy obligations; and
- submit a privacy complaint.
Requests for access or correction should be made in writing by emailing the Privacy Officer.
Canadian privacy law does not necessarily provide an unconditional right to immediate deletion in every circumstance. We will assess deletion requests under the applicable law and our legitimate retention obligations.
12.3 EEA and United Kingdom privacy rights
Where applicable, you may have the right to:
- receive information about our processing;
- access your personal data;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- request erasure of personal data;
- restrict certain processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive eligible personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
- request transmission of eligible data to another controller where technically feasible;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
These rights are not absolute and may apply only in specified circumstances.
12.4 Right to object
Where we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests, you may object based on your particular situation.
If a valid objection applies, we will stop the relevant processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing remains necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
We do not process personal data for direct marketing.
12.5 Automated decision-making and profiling
AstroMus Studio Inc. does not use personal information to make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
We do not profile Fizet users for advertising.
12.6 Exercising your rights
To submit a privacy request, email the Privacy Officer at:
Please clearly describe:
- the right or request you wish to exercise;
- the information or communication involved; and
- details reasonably needed to locate the relevant information.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, authority, or jurisdiction. We will not request more verification information than reasonably necessary.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
We may refuse or limit a request where permitted by law, including where the request cannot reasonably be verified, conflicts with another person’s rights, is manifestly unfounded or excessive, or concerns information we do not control.
13. Privacy complaints
We encourage you to contact the Privacy Officer first so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve your concern.
Depending on the law that applies, you may also have the right to complain to an appropriate authority, including:
- the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta;
- the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada;
- a competent supervisory authority in the EEA country where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred; or
- the United Kingdom Information Commissioner’s Office.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits a right to contact a regulator where that right is provided by law.
14. Children’s privacy
Fizet can be used without creating an account or submitting a name, email address, date of birth, or public profile.
Fizet does not contain advertising, public chat, public posting, or an online leaderboard.
We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through ordinary Fizet gameplay.
Children should not send personal information or attachments to the support address without the involvement or permission of a parent or guardian where required by applicable law.
If we learn that personal information from a child was provided in a manner not permitted by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise handle it as required.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information to us may contact the Privacy Officer.
15. Third-party services
Fizet relies on or interacts with third-party platform services, including Google Play, for functions such as:
- app distribution;
- Android device services;
- operating-system backup and transfer; and
- platform-level app-quality reporting.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
AstroMus Studio Inc. does not control and is not responsible for an independent third party’s privacy practices.
This Privacy Policy applies only to personal information handled by or on behalf of AstroMus Studio Inc.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when:
- Fizet’s features or data practices change;
- a new platform, SDK, server, account feature, analytics service, advertising service, or online feature is introduced;
- service providers change;
- platform requirements change;
- applicable laws or regulatory guidance change; or
- clarification is otherwise appropriate.
We will post the revised Privacy Policy and update the “Last updated” date.
If a change materially affects how personal information is handled, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
Previous versions may be retained where reasonably necessary for record-keeping.
